Supply Sourcing
Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) chemicals, turf management products, and specialized hardware, sourced through commercial manufacturers and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) distributors.
We coordinate brand-name-or-equal specifications, container sizing, and drop-shipment requirements to VA facility loading docks. Applicable SBA Nonmanufacturer Rule (NMR) class waivers are evaluated against each solicitation and product requirement.

Partnering
As an SDVOSB prime contractor, Waddell Capital coordinates equipment rebuild and installation requirements by pairing OEM replacement hardware with qualified, appropriately licensed regional technical subcontractors.
Our scope can include commercial HVAC and cooling tower systems, project oversight, safety coordination, and contract administration. Work is planned around the contract’s schedule, budget, applicable OSHA requirements, and subcontracting limitations.
